Assisting trainer to prepare customized training programs.
Arrangements of in-house training programs.
Managing goal setting exercises on annual bases and facilitate the management in promotion and restructuring process.
Provide assistance to all the line managers to appraise performance in prescribed way.
Conduct appraisal analysis before sharing it with Compensation and Benefits unit.
Manage relationship with all stakeholders.
