Job Description:

To respond to all calls received through OTRS or telephone calls pertaining to the ATMs/UPSs.

AM (Service Ops) will assign FSEs on the calls through Coaches.

Maintaining close coordination with the Coach/FSEs

Correspondence and communication with the Clients

Preparing daily calls status reports

Installation schedule for new UPSs/ATMs as per schedule provided by Project Management office/RSM

Maintaining optimum level of spares inventory. Generating inventory level/ consumption reports for the management as & when required.

Preparation of parts requirement sheet and submission to RSM/Country Head for approval and order placement.

Keeping track of service receivables & correspondence/communication/close liaison with the clients on recovery.

Excellent managerial skills in Services operations
Dedicated, having to do and get the job done aptitude.
Should be able to use automated computer based systems for real time monitoring
Excellent follow up skills
Disciplined, should become role model for the team
Motivator, knowing diplomatic ways to get the job done
Focused on Client satisfaction
Should be well conversant with computer applications
should be able to generate MIS reports
Good communication skills in English
Should be able to do historical analysis of services operations
