| Job Description: |
Perform procurement functions in close coordination with requesting department. Coordination and interaction with management and key stakeholders in US office. Providing support to US office on accounting issues. Liaison with international vendors and suppliers for procurement. Periodic invoicing and follow up with international clients. Preparation and analysis of financial statements and managerial reports. Managing payable, receivables and follow up for timely collections. Preparing, reviewing and submitting electronic reports to internal and external stakeholders. Reconciliation of vendor pass through charges. Processing of leasing transactions, fixed assets capitalization and processing of monthly depreciation calculation, keeping all supporting documents and to ensure compliance with system flow, controls, policies and procedures. Process revenue invoices in Quick Books. Preparation of weekly Bank Reconciliation. Vouching of all payments processed. Any other task assigned by senior management. |
