| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day activities of the engineering team.
Work closely with the developers to architect and develop the best technical solution for the problem domain.
Communicate on status of development, quality assurance teams.
Ensure compliance with standard software development practices, processes and enterprise standards.
Provide technical leadership to developers, and QA working on development project teams.
Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. |
| Required Skills: |
10+ years of overall experience and at least 5 years of experience in ASP .NET/SQL server.
3+ years of experience in Managing Projects
Proven history of hands-on management and leadership of software development projects.
Ability to solve problems and manage competing priorities to attain positive results.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in designing and deploying web applications developed using ASP .NET/SQL Server
Proven experience in .NET framework, patterns and practices.
Experience in working with Clients in US / Europe |
