Job Description:
  • Develop Export Business via 3rd Parties or direct users that are designated from time to time by the management
  • To coordinate, implement, manage and monitor all sales and marketing activities in area of responsibility as directed by Export Sales Manager (ESM).
  • To monitor prices, sales, product quality, discounts, sales promotion activities of all competitor products in area of responsibility and advise by ESM
  • To manage the administration of assigned promotional sales activity in line with corporate policy and procedures.
  • Develop new markets for PAKCEM.
  • Develop long and short term business plans for new markets.
  • Interact and develop 3rd party distributors in other markets for PAKCEM products catering to specific market segments.
  • Contribute towards attainment of Commercial Plans and targets.

Required Skills:
Can speak, understand and read Pushto
Awareness about the culture and customs of Afghanistan.

Good business insight and maturity to be able to generate business as per opportunities.
Quick learning and adaptability
Persuasion, influence, and flexibility with win-win mentality
Self starter with drive to achieve change even when confronted by obstacles
Proficiency in business statistics
Good negotiation skills
Able to influence at senior level, demonstrating need for change
