1.Plan strategically to achieve set targets / business goals.
2. Develop team, delegate responsibilities and utilize resources efficiently.
3. Manage sales force & distributors to achieve regional sales targets.
4. Coordinate for development of effective Channels in the region.
5.Coordinate for determining marketing needs and planning sales activities accordingly.
6. Ensure availability and display at outlets as per company benchmark.
7.Efficiently manage all regional sales activities within the budget. |
